On 10th April 2010, Vermont Groups Limited and Vermont UM Bunkering PTE LTD with Guangdong Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in Guangzhou about the construction of two 6,500 tons double-hull oil tankers. The Chairman of Guangdong Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd, Mr. Li Tongan, the General Manager of Guangdong Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd, Mr. Cao Yiping, the General Manager of Vermont UM Bunkering PTE LTD, Mr. Zhao Kundian, the Managing Director of Vermont Groups Limited, Mr. Ngai Man, and the leadership and technical staff of the designer, Guangzhou Marine Engineering Corporation attended the ceremony.
