On 21st November 2013, Vermont Shipping Limited and Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd. held the construction contract signing ceremony of 1600DWT Diesel-Electric Propulsion bunker barge in Guangzhou. Before the ceremony started, Mr. Ngai Man (Managing Director of Vermont Shipping Ltd.), Mr. Zhang Lian Da (General Manager of Guangzhou XED Ship Design Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Xiang gongshun (Vice-General Engineer of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd.) signed the contract of technical documents. Afterwards, Mr. Li Xi (Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd.) announced the start of the ceremony and introduced the guests. Mr.Xiang huiming (General Manager of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Lin xinqiang (Chairman of Vermont Shipping Ltd.) made the speeches respectively. In the witnesses of all guests, Mr. Lin xinqiang and Mr. Xiang huiming signed the construction contract.
